Late Arrival
All Babor Institute treatments are carefully planned to accommodate the needs of each client. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. However, if you arrive late, your treatment may have to be cut short to ensure that the next client’s treatment begins on time.

Cancellations
The correct amount of time for the spa treatments you select is reserved especially for you. We endeavour to be understanding about late cancellations but persistent no shows will be charged.

Vouchers
Vouchers may NOT be exchanged for cash. If you do not use the full value of a voucher, we will give you credit for the unused amount. We reserve the right to make adjustments to take account of any increase in prices of treatments or products if vouchers are not used timeously.

Prices
The prices stated in our current Treatment Menu and Product Price List apply. Please note that prices are subject to change.

Payment
We accept payment by cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. Eft payments for online purchases. However, we cannot accept credit card payments unless card is present.

Cell Phones
As a courtesy, please turn off your cell phone during your time at BABOR INSTITUTE so as to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for our clients.
